Description of Work: AQUA ARTISTS DID NOT PERFORM THE MONTHLY SERVICE THEY CHARGED US FOR. MY ELDERLY PARENTS HAVE BEEN A CLIENT FOR MANY YEARS. I WONDER HOW LONG THESE PEOPLE HAVE BEEN BILLING THEM FOR SERVICES NOT RENDERED???? NO RESPONSE BY PHONE. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!

 + -1 moreTHE EXPERIENCE WAS STRESS FREE FOR ME. ALL THE MATERIALS AND KNOW-HOW WERE ON SITE FOR THE TRANSPORT AND INSTALLATION. THEY WERE IN AND OUT IN NO TIME AT ALL. THE INSTALLATION WAS PROBLEM FREE AND THE SPA CONTINUES TO PERFORM AS PROMISED. I STILL HAVE CLEANING AND CONDITIONING DONE REGULARLY BY THEM.
Description of Work: THE CONTRACTORS AT AQUA ARTISTS HIRED A CRANE AND LIFTED A 'LANDMARK' SPA INTO MY BACK YARD. THEY INSTALLED AND PRECONDITIONED THE SPA. THEY CONTINUE TO PROVIDE MAINTENANCE SERVICE TO THIS DAY.
