Michael, who coordinated was wonderful. However, the movers were awful. They were about 3 hours late. They didn’t have a big enough truck, so they had to come back twice. When I called the manager, he said ‘What do you want me to do about it?’ The people who loaded the belongings on the California end showed no respect for my animals, they were very careless. The coordination with Michael was great, but the rest was extraordinarily bad. They came up with all kinds of excuses.
