+ -1 moreI had multiple bids, but George's was the only one that showed careful analysis and consideration of location and site. It is working as he said it wood. It took longer to complete than I would have liked (a lot of people applied to get work done under the old PG&E rate structure), which was expected, but it did take a long time. The quality is excellent, and the system makes sense and is easy to use.
