From the routine to the more complex jobs on my short-term vacation home all have been done very well.

The caulk she applied the first time had to be replaced. She readily volunteered to return and redo it, but after I had to cancel the scheduled appointment because of a conflict, she would not answer her cell or e-mail to reschedule. It took five days for her to call back to reschedule. The second application was fine and her costs are very reasonable.

Valerie showed up on time, and got the job done in less than half an hour. Very satisfied. I'd use her services again.
