she diagnosed me with and eating disorder,  put me on several drugs including ones for manic depression.  she never ran any tests on me.  this went on for approx 9 months and i was now only able to drink ensure.  i was worse.  dr. steinbaum   had me admitted to the hosp. for an exploratory surgery of my abdomen which was painfully distended.  a surgery consult was done and the surgeon said he couldn't  justify doing surgery.  i was in the hosp. 3 days i believe and only had !V fluids and nothing to eat.  that was until i was discharged when she ordered a regular diet for me.  i ate it and promply became ill.  i had hopes it would resolve if i rested at home.  it got worse so i called her exchange and said i needed her to contact me.  an hr. later she called and was irate that i would have her paged at home and interupt her family time.  i thought i was doing the right thing letting the dr. know that i was very ill during the day i was discharged home.  friends suggested i see a different doctor.  i went to a gastroenterologist and reviewed my symptoms as i had with dr. steinbaum.  he said he wanted a stool sample asap.  and then suggested i turn dr. steinbaum in for negligence.  the lab result confirmed that i had an intestinal parasite and after proper treatment i was cured.  i never turned her in for any medical board .  i was happy to finally be well and off all the unnecessary meds with their side effects. i never made another appt. with her and she never called to see how i was doing.

I have a long history of migranes. When I changed my insurance provider they required a re-authoirization of my migrane medicine from my doctor. Upon calling Dr. Nervino's office, the staff was rude, did not inquire as to my health or issue and said that if I wanted my perscription re-authorized I would need to make an appointment to see Dr. Nervino. Again, not once inquiring as to my health or immediate condition at the time or why I was needing re-authorization. I requested that they have Dr. Nervino call me directly as I needed the medication urgently. Dr. Nervino did not call me until the next day and left a most unprofessional voice mail on my phone saying that I was rude to his staff and my behavior was unacceptable and if I wanted my perscriptions re-authorised I needed to make an appoinment to see him. He still has yet to inquire as to why I needed the perscription refilled so urgently or my physical state. I guess he just never had a migrane before. I am switching physicians. To deny a migrane patient's perscription is sinful. And to act in such a manner is incompetent.

I can call in and get an appointment at Ryan Ranch Medical Group pretty quick and the staff is good but the doctor blew me off about a personal issue I was requesting medical assistance for. I was not being heard. Shortly after I received emails about Botox treatments so I will never go back to them again. I don't need Botox, I need a general practitioner. I was supposed to get blood work done and nobody followed up with me. Also, they referred me to another doctor outside of their network.

He is very thorough. He is good at explaining everything he is doing. His follow up is amazing! He will call you as soon as he gets in results, even if it is on a Saturday.

Dr Carlson was wonderful. She listened, was very friendly and approachable and took my concern seriously. I highly recommend her. Doctors like her are rare these days!

He is very personable and takes time to help us manage our prescriptions to keep our costs down. Even though he does not work five days a week, he has been very available.

Overall they are pretty helpful, there are a variety of doctors to choose from. I think I might switch my doctor as she seemed to be pretty general and not as "personable" as I would like.

Although the Doctors are excellent, the girl doing nutritional consultation (nurse, RD?)was terrible, not knowledgeable and rude. She left me waiting, got my weight wrong and could not answer questions.
