They have an excellent service and excellent quality product. The person who answers the phone is very efficient and very accommodating to help me get the carpet cleaning that I needed. They are sales people who answer the call and schedule the service. They are very good. I would highly recommend them. For their service price, they have coupons and some deals.

The workers that showed up were great. They showed up on a short notice and did a great job. They seemed pretty professional and everything was looking great when they left. They did a nice job ever.

I had a 11'x11' badly pet soiled synthetic area rug and a smaller area rug cleaned in the house with the understanding that they could get most of the stains and smell out. The smaller carpet came out allright. The larger one smelled worse then before they cleaned it and none of the stains were removed. I was told that it just needed to dry out for the smell to disappear. I waited four days with a fan going on it and no improvement. I called and was told that they could come out and try again for another $40 or that they would take it back to thier shop to do a better job for a lot more money. There was no agreement and they would not budge on thier "deal." I later hired another company, who told me there was no way it would clean while in the house and the only way to do it would be to take it back to their shop. I ended up paying them to clean the carpet again and they returned it in a couple of days looking great and with no smell and at a better price then Pro Dry.
