It was thorough and very good. Job was done really quick. Will use them again in a week or two.

Ross was great. He was on time and efficiently cleaned windows that had not been cleaned for years. The house was built in 1906 with some of the original windows still in use. They have never been so clean. I have already recommended him to another family member.

This was a very disappointing experience for us. Our highest priority was having the windows washed as we were getting new screens installed. Monterey Window Cleaning told us they could do both the power washing and the windows in one day. He arrived on time and started working on the power washing. He said he would do the power washing and then the exterior windows, then move into the house to do the interior windows in about 3 hours. After almost four hours he let me know that he had only completed the power washing as one of his power washers wasn't working properly and he had to use a different one that took a lot longer. Had he informed me initially that the faster power washer wasn't working properly and it was going to take longer than expected, I might have made a decision to forgo the power washing and just focus on the windows. That was our priority. Anyway, he said he would come back after lunch to start the exterior windows. He came back after lunch and decided that a breeze that had come up would make the windows dry too fast so he would have to reschedule that. We rescheduled for another day and he didn't show up. He finally called about 45 mins. later to say he had another job to do first and was having truck trouble but would be over within the hour. This was the first I heard about him having another job to do before he came (I'd been waiting since our agreed upon time of 8:30 a.m.). I could not imagine how he was going to make it over in an hour if he was still waiting for the tow truck, so told him to keep me informed. I never heard from him again until a week later!!!
By now it was too late for us to line up a different window washing company before the window screening company came. I called him three times that day asking him to contact me, I emailed him, and we told him we needed him to pick up his ladders that he had left in the yard. Finally, we heard from him via email an ENTIRE WEEK LATER to send us the bill for the power washing. In fairness he did offer to discount the bill. He said that he had been in an accident after having his truck towed and was not allowed to drive and that his cell phone had broken. We are truly sympathetic that he had been in an accident of some sort, but it's hard to imagine that he or someone else couldn't have contacted us sooner than a week later. (Having been in business for myself before, I would always make sure someone contacted my clients if I was sick and unable to make an appointment.) In addition, I had asked him to call me if he wasn't going to make it over within the hour and there would have been time for him to make that call before his accident.
In summary, this job just didn't go as we'd hoped. We paid for work that wasn't even what we initially wanted done and didn't get the work we needed done accomplished! But we give people the benefit of a doubt and are sorry if he was in an accident. In retrospect we should have been more cautious consumers -- we should have and quot;known betterand quot; than to accept work we didn't even ask for an estimate on! We also should have gone over the estimated costs more thoroughly (buyer beware). However, he should have let me know about the power washer not working and that it was going to take a lot longer than expected so I could have exercised the option of forgoing that in order to concentrate on the windows. He also should have been more realistic about when he would be arriving the second day. He had not even mentioned that he had another job to do on his way to our house until the phone call. Communication was definitely broken down on day 2 and from then on. Just a disappointing job.

Ross is a professional. He did an excellent job cleaning all the windows in the house - inside and out of a two story house. Very prompt with phone calls and arrived on time. Confirmed by phone prior to appt day. Came back at no charge to touch up large picture windows that had a few streaks that were not visible in the late day when he finished the job the first visit. Easy to work with and listens to what we wanted. I would highly recommend his services and will use him again.

I'm happy with the service provided by Monterey Window Cleaning Company. Their price was reasonable. They did a good job. They did what they said they were going t do. They were on time. My overall experience was excellent. I would use them again in the future.

We have a two story house with about 52 windows. Ross was one of the best service people we have encountered. He gave an estimate, made an appointment, showed up promptly. He does all his own work. The windows sparkle! Even after some recent rain, they are clear as -- should I say it? -- glass! He washed inside and out and cleaned the skylight and all the screens. He was pleasant to talk with and he also gave us a special discount. He's the person we'll call for window cleaning from now on. Early in the month, we made an appointment with a different window cleaner who first postponed his job and then on the appointed day never showed up! That person did not do his own work -- another negative in our estimation.

As usual, great job, great guy. One of the things I like about Ross is that you always know what to expect. He's always in a great mood, easy to work with, although I didn't have any boxes for him to move this year, and acts like he's happy to have my work. Thanks Ross.

Precleaned the exterior windows before expertly cleaning the panes. Cleaned frames and tracks as possible.. Removed and rinsed screens. Cleaned interior windows. touched up the whole job. All work was performed in a very professional manner

I called and the next day Ross was there to give me an estimate and did the windows when he said the next day on time and did a beautiful and complete job.

This guy asked me to write a review for him and I told him sure - he did a fabulous job. Even helped me move some furniture out to the garage while he was here - took about a 1/2 hour but he was glad to help. Courteous, well spoken, good attitude - acted grateful to have the work - everything you'd want it to be when you're having a stranger in your home for an afternoon working. I'm moving to phoenix but I'd use this this guy again anytime. Sorry I didn't find him sooner.
