The guy was nice and seemed to know what he was doing. But the method that he used, instead of being like a cleaner that sucked the dirt out of it, it was just a big machine that had an old fashioned cloth rag mop at the end of it. I don't think that he cleaned the rug that well. I will not use them again in the future.

"Member hired us on 5/24/2011 She told us the other carpet cleaner couldn't get out the yellow stains and that she will give me a try. It looked better but most spots were there just to long. (also I dont know what else was used on it) The" rag mop" is not old at all! The method is bonnet cleaning, people that use steam like this mothod the best. Mrs. Gregg's total bill was $294.20 incl. protectant & spotter."
