fFirst Robert came at 10:00 AM in the appointed time. He listened
attentively, then checked the doorbell, the electrical box, and the
light switch in the office. He wrote out an estimate and stated he
would send a man out in the afternoon.
An older gentleman arrived
just before noon. He was shown all the areas he was to work, and he
performed extra work. He checked the electrical box and tightened two
of the fixtures. He put in a new switch in the laundry room. He also
indicated that the wires were bent on the doorbell she he worked on
that. He fixed the office switch where one of the wires had come loose
making the overhead lights not come on. It was all fixed in a short
time. I wanted to pay this man, but he said, and quot; You can call Robert and
let him pick it up if you want. I persuaded him to take the check in
payment that way everything was concluded at once.
Overall they did a great job, in a timely and professional manner.

Manny and Ed arrived one hour after I called the contractor to tell them I wanted J.Moore to do the work. They were courtious, proffessional and explained what they were going to do and kept me informed as they did the work. All of my questions were answered clearly and completely.

We were very satisfied both times. They came out when they were supposed to. We were billed for an hour and half of labor when he was in our house for half an hour or so. The bill usually includes the travel time, but we don’t live that far. I spoke to them about it and they took off half an hour from the price.

I had an ancietn Federal Pacific electrical subpanel with no whole-house cutoff when I acquired the house. I had John Moore Electric come out and give me a bid (along with a couple others) to replace the panel and also to wire the living room with a socket for a ceiling fan I had purchased. They spent a lot of time trying to get the new panel to fit properly (as the house had some non-standard stud spacing) but did a nice job and finished it off nicely. The best part was when they installed the electric box for the ceiling fan. I was off at work that day and when I returned, not only had they installed the circuit and box for the ceiling fan - they actually had assembled and installed the fan itself for me and did a VERY nice job. Completely unasked for and they tossed it in for free. I would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone.
