Extremely friendly and helpful on the phone. Called ahead to say he was on the way and arrived at the promised time. Was extremely friendly and professional and explained in detail the work that would be performed, and more importantly, what kind of results could realistically be expected (in other words did not promise more than he could deliver). Explained all options and charges up front. Diligently performed the work and did a very thorough job. Would definitely recommend!

I researched Angie's List for recommendations for upholstery cleaning. Found Heaven's Best for their other positive reviews and proximity to my home. Eric called me back within 24 hours to make an appt. He couldn't give me an estimate over the phone until he saw the sofa's size and upholstery type. So I really had no idea how much it'd cost. In the end, I was happy with his work and it was only slightly more than anticipated.

They are quick to respond, very easy to get hold of. They are timely and thorough. He spend 3 hours cleaning the couch and he great job in doing that. I would definitely use this provider again in the future.
