Gibson and Son Painting

In a word...OUTSTANDING. We interviewed 4 companies...Nick Gibson was by far the most professional; most detail oriented; thorough and outstanding communicator of all the folks we met with. There were two other very very good companies that we considered, but when compared to Nick....as good as they were, they simply didn't feel like as good a fit. After our intial meeting, Nick provided several references of other jobs he had done in the area in a very short period of time. The bid that Nick sent over was extremely well written....clearly outlines the work to be done; what and how it will be done; clearly lists all critical aspects of the contract (scope of work; responsibility; cost; timing; workers; permits if needed; clean up & recourse). This was not the least expensive bid we received...but it felt like it was very fair; and the value we would get for the price would be very good. The care & meticulous prep that went into our job was evident. It felt like they were painting their own home...small things that we would have not noticed, were pointed out to us and suggestions offered. Initially the prospect of painting seemed daunting; but it quickly became the easiest, most stress-free aspect of the work we did on our home. Communication along the way was fantastic. Nick sent frequent pictures of progress; called & texted with updates; was available to answer any questions we had, and answered them clearly. Our job is complete now, and in hind sight, I can say with 100% certainty we selected the best possible company to do our painting for us. Nick has a terrific crew of guys he works with, and I would recommend Gibson & Son Painting very highly to anyone.
