Full Spectrum Painting

Our guest cottage needed a complete inside paint job, which was made a bit more difficult by the fact that the previous occupant had been a heavy smoker.  I got four local bids on the project.  Robert was one of two people who recommended using a shellac base coat to seal in any cigarette odors/stains, so that they would not come through the finished paint job.  
Of the four bids, I felt most comfortable with Robert - he arrived on time, he emailed me the bid promptly, and I liked
his recommendations, plus the positive reviews he already had here - so I gave the job to him.  He was able to get started sooner than the other bidders had said they could as well, which was great as I was anxious to get the project underway.
Robert showed up exactly when he said he would (always within 5 minutes!), kept me apprised of the schedule, showed me the work along the way, and also brought Chandler along to do a good deal of the prep work and painting.  Both men were courteous and excellent at keeping busy, no slacking here!
I was so pleased with the way the interior was going that I also asked Robert to do the exterior wood trim, which was beginning to peel and age, and then we also decided to paint the concrete floor with an epoxy paint to give it a nice-looking color and finish.
Everything was completed within two weeks, for exactly the prices quoted, and I couldn't be more pleased.  GREAT job, great attention to the details, cleanup was also excellent.  I would not hesitate to have Robert and Chandler back here for ANY painting/staining/wallpaper work I might need, and I highly recommend Full Spectrum Painting without reservation.
