It went well. The work was done in the time promised. The car was neat and clean on my taking it back. They showed me exactly what they had done. When it came to the power steering pump, they showed my how filthy the fluid was, how they'd cleansed the filter and predicted that the pump might need replacement in the next 3-6 months.
I have been taking my business van to Del Monte Auto Repair for over ten years. They have handled a wide variety of maintainence and replacement services for me. Their prices have always been competitive. There has rarely been an additional charge. If there has been they've called me promptly to advise of the impeding charge and the reasons necessitating it. I have only had to go back once or twice in all this time. The corrections required were handled prompty. I have routinely needed to drop my van and have a ride back to the office; this has been provided without charge. Their estimates are free and accurate; conducted by Chuck Fraley. All in all, I will continued meeting my servicing needs at DMAR.

It went very well and was completed in a timely manner. The air conditioner needed replacement but also had a lot of debris from being run after it failed. A radiator shop had to remove the debris. The auto dealer's price would have been double.
I have used Del Monte Auto for several years and have recommended them to members of my family and all have become regular customers. Charles Fraley, the owner routinely provides small services without charge such as replacing a rear stoplight bulb. He has years of experience and provides the same service as an auto dealer at a significantly lower price.
