Debi Lombardi - Queen of Blades

I ordered the knife and it came on time and as promised.

I needed to have two knives that I had sharpened. Debbi tried to sharpen them using her own machine, however, because they were so dull, she had to send them back to the company to have a new edge put on them. My knives were returned to me with sharp, new edges on the blades. The company even polished the handles making them look brand new. Although I did not make any new purchases when Debbi had my knives sharpened, I plan on purchasing some more knives and I will definately go through Debbi. She is very professional and her sales approach is not pushy. She truly believes in the product that she offers and is very passionate about what she does. She is an excellent representative for the Cutco brand.

Debi made several trips and sold me a set of knives over several months to meet my budget. I got rid of my Henkel (German) Knives and replaced with the Cutco Knives - honestly, I am blown away at the quality. I never knew I needed a knife consultant - these are the best thing since sliced bread (knife humor). Debi really spent time getting to know my needs. She listened. She followed-up when I requested. I would work with her again in a heart-beat and recommend her to everyone.

Debi was fast on getting the items to me. One of the knives was a special order for a blade that wasn't offered in the Cutco catalog. She called the company and got exactly what I wanted within a few days. Every time I've ordered from her, she has the items within a week. Her manner is friendly and businesslike. Orders are always exactly as requested. One call to her is all that's needed for her to know what to order. Nothing is left to chance. She is quick to answer questions and will get any clarification from Cutco if needed. I will definitely go to her again for my Cutco needs.

We got our knives today and I put them to immediate use. I can't tell you what a relief it is to have sharp knives to use. I almost cried with relief. I cooked professionally for many years, and enjoyed the use and care of my knives. Now that I am married our knives were a constant source of irritation, because other members in my family wouldn't treat them with respect, and my chef's knife was never as sharp as I liked. Now we have you and Cutco. Here are Quality knives that will always be sharp, because you guarantee it. My family has even promised to treat these knives with the respect they deserve. How can I put a price on Peace of Mind? That's what I feel I've bought; Peace of Mind.
