Cypress submitted an and quot;estimateand quot; to me in writing, and in an attempt to thwart conflict of interest problems, I hired someone else to do the work. The Cypress people understood completely, and were gracious to me as I awarded the job to another repair company.

They were prompt on the inspection and the fumigation. I had other quotes from other companies that were lower, but they were able to match the price. I was glad I went with someone local. They did a very thorough job. I would use them again. They are very professional and friendly company. We wanted to fumigate the garage, but there were some unforeseen problems (my fault) that couldn't be done at the time. I was expecting them to charge me to come out again, but they said it wouldn't be an extra charge.
