California Premier Restoration

After a house fire, we hired CPR. For 15 months they worked 50% of actual workdays, went weeks without anyone showing up & no explanation. They blew pass 3 “assured” completion dates without any notification. Yet when they sent an invoice, we were pestered within 24 hours of receiving it to pay, even though the signed contract has a net 30 policy. It wasn’t until we hired an attorney did we see any real progress and the 3rd completion date that they also missed. Worse company we’ve ever dealt with!

Company quoted the project would take a couple of weeks. It was supposed to be done in October. they just finished last week. IT'S JUNE. They had to open the ceiling of the downstairs to replace the beams. This was only supposed to take a week. That was in November. They didn't come back to close up the ceiling until March so we're couldn't use half of our house for months. They kept making excuses about why they couldn't work in the deck (rainy season). Only once we got a lawyer involved did they do any real work on the deck. DYI BEFORE YOU HIRE THESE PEOPLE.
