 + -1 morePJ was a great help and really walked me through the whole process. She gave me advice, recommendations, and handles everything promptly. We even had a pipe burst and she had it completely handled by the time she informed me! She is an asset to the company

Description of Work: Ongoing prop. mgmt. company for rental in another state. Made sure repairs, if needed, were done at a fair price. Continue to monitor rental prop, screen applicants, collect rent.

 + -1 moreI used BPM for over 17 years to manage my rental property. I was extremely satisfied with their services. They were responsive to issues and concerns as well as emergencies. Though I, at times, worked with them only via fax/email because I was overseas, they were quick to respond. I wish they had contacted me when an appliance needed replacement, so I could have some in-put in the brand/specifications; and I also wish they had notified me immediately when a tenant wanted to terminate the lease early; that would have let me better prepare for a potential vacancy. I did have some differences of opinion with one of the employees, and found when working with her, she was less responsive than other employees or the owner. The price listed above reflects the approximate monthly fee.
Description of Work: BPM provided management services for my rental property for over 17 years, to include securing tenants, arranging repairs and maintenance, etc.
