Ralph was very patient with all my questions, and back and forth emails.  He was willing to negotiate on the price when I had some comparison quotes.  He handled getting the County permits for me and the inspection.  His work team was very respectful of the house and did there best to minimize holes in the drywall and ceiling.  It took them a day longer then estimated to complete the job, but they worked with me all along in terms of where I wanted additional outlets and how did I want things wired (there were some weird things with the way the house was originally wired).  They did try to be very careful and not let any of my pets (1 dog and 3 cats) out of house, even though they were in and out all day long.  The dog did get out once, but that was because the inspector left the door open.  The two minor complaints I would have:  1) while they did a good job of cleaning up inside the house, I'm still finding some excess wire and other assorted things outside, they probably got about 95% of the junk cleaned up; and 2) in the areas where they added additional outlets, I would have like them to be the same height as existing ones, but most of them are behind things so it's not a big deal.  Overall, I thought they were great, definitely a fair price based on the other quotes I had and what friends were saying they paid to have the same thing done.  The team was friendly, and hardworking, and I would and will definitely hire them again as needed.
