One thing that really helped me choose Jose/So Cal Plumbers is that in our initial discussion, before hiring him, he was able to give me a labor quote, and an estimate for parts, AND he said there would be no markup on the parts! Providing such detail up front was reassuring and clarifying. The day of the appt, he was early, he graciously complied with the no-shoes-in-the-house request, he was prepared with a light and a fan! I was so impressed. and of course, he was able to fix the leaky shower. He even noticed a washer was missing and installed one. He was thorough yet efficient. Will totally hire him again. Oh and it was like 110F degrees that day, and he never complained. What a professional. =)

Exceptional service! This was not a simple dishwasher installation. Lowes installer was unable to complete the task until a new valve was installed on the existing hot water line. I contacted Angel at the recently renamed RPM.Plumbing, and he was able to install the new valve on the hot water line and complete the dishwasher installation within two hours of my first phone call.

Angel was very nice and professional.. He kept in contact and was on time.. One of the Toilets was defective I had to exchange it. Angel came back later the same day and installed the other toilet. He cleaned up and packed the old toilets away.

Absolutely excellent work and customer service. My garbage disposal was replaced, tested, and his service is warrantied. I appreciate his flexibility with my schedule. Thank you for an awesome job.

I called late on a Friday. Angel returned my call within 15 minutes. He came out the next day to replace my kitchen faucet. He was right on time. He consulted with me about how much I wanted to spend on the replacement and did exactly what I wanted. He also replaced my garbage disposal. The cost was very reasonable and the repair was done quickly. I live in a different state and everything had to be done over the phone, so it was a very good experience. I feel that he did an excellent job at a fair price. I will definitely hire him again.

Angel and his son arrived at the promised time - within an hour of my call. My urgent problem was a stream of leaking hot water from a tub faucet. This was handled expeditiously and professionally. I was kept informed as to the plan for the repair. When they left to purchase parts. they provided a time frame and a projected cost, both of which they kept. They also checked with me before they turned off the water to complete the work. We have four bathrooms and each of the other three had smaller issues - They did it all! They were careful and left the work areas clean. I am so grateful for the good work and the peace of mind. I now have a reliable plumber on whom I can depend. I highly recommend Angel and Angel, Jr. They made a great team.

His apprentice, Ben, also displayed the uptmost professionalism. We plan on purchasing a Maintenance agreement because of how Jonathan explained everything. I was very happy with the service.

A job well done. Jose was on time, did good work, and I would hire him any day for another project. He repaired all of the problems we had in three toilets in our home.

Angel showed up as scheduled, departed long enough to bring the proper equipment to install two toilet boosters, He fixed the kitchen faucet (binding and difficult to swivel). In less than an hour he had completed all taskes.

The gentleman called to let me know he was on his way. The gentleman was not bother that i watched sometimes or asked question.

I called this company very late in the day. I had been waiting over 4 hours for the first company to show. They came right over. Took care of my clogged toilet & checked the other toilets. They are currently running new gas lines at my paremts house. Great company. Great people.
