The sales person came out and measured our kitchen and the next day sent us a cabinet plan. It took a few trys and a couple of visits to the show room to decide on the layout. In the end I wish I took their advice on the layout as they are very experienced. After ordering the cabinets, it took just a few day to receive them. The next day the installer arrived and he did a great job leveling and installing the cabinets which took him approximately 2 days. The next day the granite installers arrived and finished in about 6 hours. Through the whole process the sales person made about 2 visits to see how things were going.

Everything went well except for the language barrier. I wanted to postpone the install date a week and Ansus thought I wanted to cancel the order. I learned that text message and email worked the best. Before the install, we made two trips to the showroom to confirm the cabinet types. The showroom is also a warehouse that supplies to builders so there is always a lot going on. The best thing about buying from Ansuns is that there is no 3 to 6 week wait to get the cabinets. The installer was an old school tradesman, since he did not use a stud finder, laser level, or cleat to install, but my contractor said he did a good job, since everything was level and instead of shortening the base cabinets to be level he raised them. The cabinets come disassembled with the same assembly hardware as another company, but the installer also used a nail gun to nail the cabinets in addition to the assembly hardware. The first day was spent assembling the cabinets, and the remaining time installing.
