My contractor hired National Contractor Rentals for a portable restroom... I had the portable restroom in front of my house for 3 months with no problems. One of the trucks that maintains it last week just parked on my travertine driveway , stained it (dirty engine oil leaks) and left... My contractor called their office and tried getting them to take care of this stain issue they created ? their office told him that they will call him back in 30 minutes but they never called so I made the call. I was able to get in touch with their regional manager (Ruben) and send him pictures with the truck parked in my driveway and the stains ? he said he is going to interview his driver and call me back by the end of the day; he never reply to my emails or return any phone calls. This behavior is definitely not professional. Their truck should not get on a small residential driveway in the first place as they could?ve maintain their portable toilet directly from the street. They created a problem and they seem to not be willing to fix it. I had my contractor call them and have them remove the portable toilet immediately as I do not want this company to service anything related with my house anymore. Not sure how I?m going to fix this issue at this point.
Update: After few days they called my contractor. The stains are now gone.
