Leather and Vinyl Repair
INSPECTOR WHO CAME TO HOUSE TO INSPECT COUCH WAS ON TIME AND ACCURATE IN DETECTING IMPERFECTIONS ON COUCH. COMPANY NEVER CALLED TO LET US KNOW WHAT WAS GOING ON OR WHAT TO EXPECT. I LEFT TWO MESSAGES AND TALKED TO SOMEONE ONCE WHO KEPT PROCRASTINATING THE TIME THE COUCH WOULD BE READY TO BE FIXED. SHE SAID THEY WERE WAITING FOR A LEATHER FAMILY THAT MATCHED OURS. DIDN'T HEAR FROM ANYONE UNTIL A MONTH AND A HALF LATER MY MAIL. OUR COUCH HAS BEEN MISSING A CUSHION WHICH WAS TAKEN IN JUNE 4TH FOR INSPECTION. OUR COUCH WAS PURCHASED IN APRIL AND DELIVERED IN LATE MAY, THEN PIECE (CUSHION) WAS TAKEN IN JUNE. THEREFORE, OUR COUCH HAS BEEN UNDER REPAIR LONGER THAN WE'VE GOTTEN TO ENJOY AND USE OUR NEW COUCH.
