The windows were old and had been painted shut so I had the mechanisms replaced.  They had to do quite a bit of work to get the windows open and to get them to work smoothly.  Also, there had been a leak on the roof by my chimney because someone left the flashing off and the wood rotted.  They replaced the rotten wood, put on the flashing, and sealed up the leaks.  When I first called they returned the call immediately, they worked diligently all day, and they worked until everything was completed.  I got updates daily from the owner; he would email me or call me on the phone to make sure everything was done to my specifications.  I am quite pleased with this company.  The price was just right and they didn’t try to take everything that I had. I plan on using them again.
