Duramax PVC Panels

I had a Duramax fence installed at my house and after some wind damage reached out to the installation company, California Fence, to get it fixed but they kept giving me the run around. So I reached out to Duramax directly to see if they could help. I reached Elisa and at first she was very helpful. She said they would cover the cost of the replacement post even though this was unusual damage and that she would reach out to California Fence to facilitate the repair. She had difficulty getting a hold of someone at California Fence and then just stopped responding completely to me for an update without any explanation. So disappointed that this is how they handle their customer service. If you do not plan to repair the fence then be honest and tell me, but do not tell a customer you will replace the part and then just fail to follow through or at least provide an update or explanation. This is some of the worst customer service I have ever received and I am surprised that a company would operate in this manner.
