Good.  He showed up within the scheduled window.  I did need an unusual part, but he returned with it that same day.  I am happy with the work.

I am a new homeowner. As a single mom, there's a few things I don't know how to do. I tried to hook up my gas dryer myself, but realized I needed a professional. It was the weekend, so many plumbers weren't available. I called Crest and the guy was great. He said he was in the area and was at my house within the hour. He was very nice and very professional.

I called on a Friday to get an estimate once I found I could not fix a leaking galvanized pipe under my mobile home. I got the estimate at 3pm that day. I was pleasantly surprised when Fernando came back at 5pm to start the repairs. He and his assistant worked under my house till 8:30pm when they finished. They replaced both connections from one side of my mobile home to the other. The leaking hot water pipe and its close connections were all re-piped with copper. The price did go up by $30 but that was OK, I appreciated the prompt service and professionalism. I had asked about the vapor barrier and its possible replacement and found I would have to get someone else to take care of that. Fernando was more than happy to answer my questions and was glad I asked about the vapor barrier so we both understood the work he could and could not do. I would have liked it if he would have advised me to run water from all my faucets to clear out the debris loosened from the work they did. It is a small thing but would have been nice.

I spent about $300 at that time. I liked the guy. He was timely. However, I didn?t like the price. I will not use them again in the future because of the price.

I think things went very well. Although strange enough that he lives right across the street, he was timely. In fact when I went across the street to request his help, he had no problem interrupting his dinner with his family and came right over with little more that a screwdriver in hand. About 15 minutes later, the job was over and my shower worked. I thanked him for a quick repair, and he thanked me humorously with a thank for taking a shower. Fernando is a great neighbor and apparently - Plumber, and even apologized for charging but said he did spare me the after hours added expense.
