Mr. Espinosa spent hours with us going over all the details of the job and answering our questions. It was a major undertaking as the old house had settled and had beams that were caving in underneath. His tam completely re-constructed it. He also tore out existing concrete and plaster walls that were damaged from moisture and cracked. He replaced several of the walls. He was always directly involved in all the work and over seeing his crew. His entire team was very professional and trustworthy. They were at my home for months even when we were not there. I could completely trust them. This was very important factor, as in So Florida I cannot say that about most contractors due to the high rate of fraud and shoddy work. They may not be the least expensive on the market, but you get what you pay for. I've learned the hard way. So I would rather pay for high-quality work. My only drawback is that his company in now in California and I can't keep using them.  I wish they were still here!

They did an amazing job, with perfect attention to all the details. They kept their word on all the work estimate. The work came out better than I expected and the house was restored to its original charm.

Excellent.  There's cheaper out there but I'm picky and wanted good quality over price.  Martin provides both.

He knows what he's doing.  The cabinet person that he works with was really good.  The bad thing was the way he charges was confusing.  It was hard to figure out what's it like.
