My husband and I visited Secard on several occasions before ordering a spa. The manager was very clear as to the model and style we wanted. He then wrote up the order incorrectly, so we received the wrong style. When I called, I asked for the manager and was told he was no longer with the company, and when I reported my complaint I was told "now you know why". As a custom build, the spa could not be returned, so we sought a refund. After several days, we were offered a $200 refund which didn't even cover the cost of delivery!
