we had 3 other companies come out and refuse to help us because of the plantation on the inside of our window (they all wanted to remove them first), Mona's told us they couldn't help us either, but got another glass company that did, the next day....it was a simple repair that took only a few minutes, no fuss or mess! Mona's was honest and followed thru and told us to call back if the first company didn't work out! Who does that for free these days? Thanks Mona's!!!!

Talked to Mona and set up appointment for 3:00, but she called back and asked if she could come around noon so I said yes. She quoted a price of $150 to get the glass table top made. When Mona came by she brought a man with her who told me they were going to need to charge more because the table was not round. They said they needed paper and measure the table. They then upped the price to $180. I felt very intimidated. At 5:15 two men showed up at my house unannounced in a glass truck. I think they were here to do something, but I asked them to leave. There was no communication that someone was coming back to my home from Mona.

We called Monas Glass when our contractors glass subcontractor satood us up at the last minute. They came out that day and we had our shower doors and surround installed in 3 days. We requested 3/8 inch tempered glass with the easy clean surface in a frameless showe, part of which was installed on granote. They were fast, honest, and were able to step in at the last minute. Most of all the shower is beautiful and well made. Ther cost was very reasonable.

I called they came out the same day looked at the job gave me and esitmate I felt they were very honest people so I didn't try to get anyone else they did what was needed within less than 1 hour

Overall, the experience was great. very professional and courteous. I plan to use Ramona's again.

THEY CAME TO OUR HOME AND PROVIDED US WITH AN ONSITE ESTIMATE. ONCE THE WINDOWS WERE COMPLETED THEY INSTALLED THEM WITHIN ONE DAY. THEIR WORK WAS COMPLETE AND CLEAN.

TECHNICIAN CAME ON TIME AS PROMISED. HE REMOVED THE BROKEN GLASS AND CLEANED UP THE PIECES OF GLASS COMPLETELY. HE REPLACED THE GLASS THE SAME DAY. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH HIS WORK.
