LIGHT BULBS ETC

Over the last three years we purchased eight exterior lights for our backyard from Light Bulbs Etc.  We live in a very heavy wind area in northeast Rancho Cucamonga.   As a result of these winds, four of the lights broke at the base.  This occurred after the warranty period had expired.  We contacted our landscape contractor Henry Gutierrez of California Custom Landscape.  Henry put us in touch with a representative of Light Bulbs Etc.  We worked with the business owner Rael Wolder who helped us find a replacement lamp that we liked and which was better suited to a high wind area.  Despite being under no contractual obligation, Rael went out of his way to sell the lamps to us at a price that was more than reasonable.  He definitely helped us to believe that Light Bulbs Etc valued us as customers.

Went to store to seek info to enhance hallway lighting. We were impressed with helpful, knowledgable staff.. . purchased recommended fixture, went home and installed with great satisfaction.

When I went to the store, the lady that helped me was quite knowledgeable. She went over the catalog with me and helped me make a decision. They fit me into the schedule within two days and did a very professional work with the installation.
