I LIKED THE OWNER. HE WAS THE ONE WE DEALT WITH, AND HE SEEMED TO BE A REALLY NICE MAN AND TREATED US REALLY PROFESSIONALLY AND WELL. I WOULD USE HIM FOR MY OTHER CARPETING NEEDS.

WORKERS KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING HIGHLY SKILLED. KEPT US INFORMED ON HOW TO CLEAN AND CARE FOR SURFACE OF GRANITE. DID NOT HIDE SEAMS OF GRANITE VERY WELL.

LACK OF COMMUNICATIONS BETWEEN US, THE OWNER AND THE WORKERS. VERY UNSKILLED WORKERS, WAS EXTREMELY UNCLEAN AND DISREPECTFUL TO OUR HOUSE AND OURSELVES.
