 + -1 moreI will tell you that these guys are horrible. I will never use them again. I honestly do not think they know what they are doing. Of course, they did not fix the problem and I paid for nothing. I just do not think that they are good. It really all depends on the particular person you get out and how much knowledge he has. Honestly, since Best Buy has taken them over they have gone downhill. It is like money down the drain. They are just not helpful at all.
Description of Work: The program equipment on my computer was very old and I hired Geek Squad to try to fix it, so that I could run XP on it.

 + -1 moreI WAS NOT PLEASED AT ALL. THEY SEEMED VERY SCATTERED AND I THINK MY COMPUTER PASSED THROUGH MANY HANDS DURING ITS TIME WITH THE GEEK SQUAD. THEY WERE UNABLE TO HELP AND NOT PARTICULARLY HELPFUL IN POINTING ME ELSEWHERE TO SOMEONE WHO MIGHT BE ABLE TO RETRIEVE MY DATA FOR ME.
Description of Work: I TOOK MY COMPUTER IN TO BE SERVICED AFTER THE HARD DRIVE CRASHED. I WAS HOPING THEY WOULD BE ABLE TO RETRIEVE DATA.
