The staff was quite helpful, very patient with our questions, very professional. They were also quite pleasant. The Shop deals only with better quality products; while the prices are higher than Home Depot or Lowe's, they also reflect the better quality. Prices are "fair", i.e., the customer is not being overcharged for what he/she receives.

They are friendly and responsive. They answered a lot of questions. They seem very knowledgeable. They were truthful about the things in their showroom other than just saying that everything in there is perfect.

Their service was impeccable. Unlike other providers who gave us very general information, they took the time to answer all my questions. They let us check the faucets and the sinks. They encouraged us to inquire why one was better than the other and the price differences. Their price was fair. They returned our calls promptly.

I WANTED MY COUNTERTOPS TO BE CHANGED. THEY DID A GOOD JOB. IT LOOKS NICE. I LOVE THE CABINETS. I ALSO HAD THE BATHROOM DONE & I LOVE TO JUST GO INTO THE BATHROOM. I DON'T THINK ANY OTHER COMPANY COULD HAVE DONE A BETTER JOB THAN FIXTURE SHOP. THANK YOU.
