COSTCO WHOLESALE

We have purchased and and installed our tires at Costco for as long as I can remember. We have been extremely pleased with the consistent quality in their products, service, and warranty for tires. Their road hazard insurance/warranty comes standard with any tire purchase and installation which sets them apart from other stores. I called ahead to make sure that they had the tires in stock and that there wasn't too long of a wait. Showed up and paid for the tires and hung out in Costco to take care of some shopping and had lunch till tires were done. Even got an eye exam while there. Figured they were just about done and made our way to the tire counter and got the paperwork and keys as they were getting ready to pull our car out. One of the technicians double checked the tire pressure and noticed that one of the tires seemed to have lost some air pressure. He called his supervisor over who inspected the re-torqued the air nozzle and check for any leaks. I was watching from the side and was impressed at their level of care in every detail of the install. The lead guy Tony asked me to come back later that day or the next day so he could re-check everything. Going back today. Extremely happy customer.

I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN. THEY WERE PROMPT AND GOT THE WORK DONE IN THE TIME PERIOD THEY CLAIMED THEY WOULD. THEY DID A GOOD JOB INSTALLING THE CARPETS.

SALES PERSON SUPERVISOR CARLOS SANCHEZ IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PROFESSIONAL. THE CREW PEOPLE WORK FAST AND DO EXCELLENT WORK.
