WEST COAST GARAGE DOOR

I saw the great reviews and decided to give Jason a try. All the good said stuff is true! He took a look at what we had and said that most of it was in great shape and really didn't need to be replaced. No upselling. I told him we wanted safety and convenience features plus quiet operation. He made a recommendation that we went with. It is the quietest garage door open EVER! Replacing the rollers on the door made it even quieter. He gave me some safety tips since we have window panes in the garage door and he came up with some inexpensive recommendations. What a nice guy and fast and professional as well. My friend and realtor stopped by during the install and she hired him to do hers the next day! Highly recommended!

Crew showed up on time and completed installation in a short time. Operation of doors were checked by crew and myself upon completion. Crew asked if I had any questions before leaving. Area was completely cleaned up. Crew was very professional and respectful. I would/will recommend this company to anyone.

I was referred to West Coast by a friend who had not used the company, but had a friend who had. West Coast was prompt in responding to our initial inquiry. After getting our estimate, we were still in the process of getting additional estimates. Our door was not going to be inexpensive because of what we wanted to get. Ultimately, West Coast's proposal was the least expensive and we liked their particular proposal to achieve our design. The installers were quick and did a great job and cleaned up after they left and the result is transformative for our house and its curb appeal. I couldnt be more pleased with their work.

They were fast. The experience was great. They were very responsive, punctual and professional.

It went extremely well. Twelve out of ten! They did an unbelievably good job, and they were efficient. They charged what they quoted and there were no hidden extras. They made several service calls to our complex and they were able to fix any minor problems that we had.

He came when he was supposed to. He did not try to sell us anything else. There was one hitch at the end, but he came out to fix it. They were good. He was a very fine gentleman. The people who worked the phones were great also.

THEY REMOVED THE OLD GARAGE DOOR OPENER AND REPLACED IT WITH A NEW ONE. THEY DID AN OVERALL PRETTY GOOD JOB AND WERE NEAT. THEIR CLEAN UP WAS PRETTY MUCH EVERYTHING THEY TOOK OUT. THEY LEFT NO TRASH HERE.
