Overall great company. We had a large sliding glass door that was 30 years old and in desperate need of replacement. I had gotten a quote from one of those door to door companys that walk around the neighborhood and claim to offer you a "real bargain". $10, 000 was their qoute for replacement of this door! Really? I asked the salesman if I looked that gullible and kindly told him "no thanks". I talked to Phillip at Vista Windows soon after, and was immediately at ease. He quoted a price somewhere around $2000 total. A week later we had a beautiful french sliding door installed by his fantastic installers who were on time, very clean doing their job, and very courteous. Phillip also came over that day and took measurements of all our windows for future replacement. There was a minor adjustment that needed to be made on the door about 4 days after the install. I called Phillip that morning and he sent one of his installers over right away that same day to do the adjustment. Its been over year and our door has performed flawlessly. It stands out with the large French trim and we have received many compliments on it. We will be using Vista windows to replace all of our windows in the next couple of months. They are a family owned and operated company that truly stands by their product.

On the day of installation, the 2 installers came on time (around 8 am) and completed the job at about 1 pm.
The job entaled the removal of steel encasement windows original to the home (including 1 large front living
room window 106" w X 49" h).
The installers were extremely professional, they did an excellent job in stucco patching where needed along
with scraping and priming in white the existing wood sills. They also did an excellent job in clean up, haul away
and disposing of all windows, glass, etc.
The balance owed was paid afterwards and I was told by the installer the warranty and invoice would be mailed.
I received the invoice and warranty about a week later.
I was very impressed by the attention given by the owner and installers and by the quality of their windows and
the quality of the job done.
I highly recommend Vista Windows to anyone looking for replacement windows.
