Joe's a great worker. His prices are fair, and he's very thorough with a good eye for detail. I've worked with him several times, and this most recent job was the biggest. I will say that he works mostly alone or with one helper, and he really can't be rushed. Don't ask him to try to shave time off his estimate -- he's nice enough to say he can do it faster, but ultimately, it takes almost exactly as long as he said it would in the first place. I don't consider this a problem -- he's just trying to be agreeable, but he's right in the first place. If you want a fast, careless job, there are probably lots of other painters who can do that for you. But if you want it done right, I recommend him.
