I am glad to have the contents of the hard drive saved but I will have to contact him again to see how to resolve some software issues since restarting the laptop so hopefully I can continue to use until I am able to afford a new computer.

I got a new computer and I wanted it to replace my old computer. I needed everything transferred over. I thought it would be a simple task. It wasn't though and we ended up in overtime. In the end, it wasn't up to my standards in terms of logging in and other features. I had to reset it myself and that took quite a bit of time. I feel the communication could have been better. I didn't feel they cared about meeting my needs and expectations fully.

Louis was at my office one hour after I called him 8:30am.
He found the problem - dead modem. Ran out and purchased a new one. And installed it and synched it up to
my computer and iPads.
He was fast, reliable, and a pleasure to be with while he worked. Answered all my questions pleasantly and even
charged me for less time than he actually spent.

arrived on time and stayed for a couple hours. only charged for one. answered a number of questions we posed him. very knowledgeable. Louis downloaded a couple of packages to clean up ads, look for viruses and malware. the computer was barely functional when he got there and was running better when he left. he did advise we should get a upgraded computer.
