Paint flaw repaired under warranty to new car. Provided a rental car (at their expense) while work was performed. Work performed perfectly and completed ahead of schedule.

Salesman was responsive and prompt without being pushy.
Sales price was fair, extras included, minimum of negotiating.
Finance office was professional, open, patient, spoke plainly, made good recommendations.
Purchase was 75% cash, 25% financed.
In and out the door, in a new car, in record time.
Received follow-up contact from sales person, from dealership, and from Honda corporation.

It was fine. However, I began to distrust this dealership after they told me I needed to replace the ECU in my Honda Accord. My check engine light would come on periodically and the code it was giving related to a particular sensor. Thy checked the sensor and said it was fine, and that the ECU was failing. $1200 later I had a new ECU and my check engine light was back on the next day. Returning to the service center, they found it was showing a problem with the same sensor as before. Neither the dealership nor Honda USA would respond to our complaint that they mis-diagnosed the original problem and replaced a functioning ECU. I will only get oil changes done here because it's convenient, I will take my car elsewhere for diagnoses and service.

Overall this shop was prompt and professional. They have a lounge waiting area or they will call you when service is done. They have always been good about calling within the estimated time frame. They also have a shuttle service to local areas. Overall their prices seem high, but I've never had any problems with the work.

The initial sales person was helpful. But a few weeks later, someone from the finance department called and was rude. He accused us of stopping payment on DMV registration for the vehicle that we traded in and on not making a payment that had been due on that same trade-in vehicle. It took several calls back and forth to clear up the situation. All of which had been the dealerships error. They had not obtained the correct pay-off for the trade-in and registration had become due after we traded-in the vehicle. Regardless, the attitude of the Sierra Honda representative was rude and now my husband and I will not purchase any more vehicle from that dealer.
