After being refused a home loan by a large bank and with time expiring on my purchase offer Arin provided me with a loan, and at a very low interest rate. Early on he was able to give me an estimate of how likely I would qualify for the mortgage (not 100% certain, but close to it). Arin kept me informed throughout the process and answered my questions succinctly. Also, he returned my calls and emails promptly.
The amount of money I spent was not actually zero dollars, but there were no upfront fees for the mortgage.
If I had known about Nationwide Capital sooner, then months of stress and futility would have been avoided. Months of wasted time would have been saved.
In my opinion obtaining a home loan is a long conversation with the broker. Fortunately, Arin was well equipped to handle the conversation. It turned out that much of the back and forth was handled online, greatly speeding up the process. The closing of the sale ended at about the time predicted.
