We were pleased with the services we received from this company. We would use them again in the future, more likely than not. The window work they did for us was rather in-depth and so too was the stucco work. It was a large project and it was more than ten thousand dollars worth of work we were having done to our home. They handled the pressures pretty well, however, and overall, I would say they are an above average company to work with.

They did excellent work for us. They were friendly and put everything exactly where we needed and wanted it to be. They used quality materials and worked well with us. The workers arrived on time, worked efficiently and there has not been a single problem with anything they did. I was happy as everything passed the inspection the first time around.

The owner Keith is a great guy and wants to provide good service but he can't be everywhere and his staff leaves something to be desired. On January 3, 2005 he sent his men over to tear up our bathroom floor to find the cause of a leak. It then took over 6 months to put it back together again. He and his staff continually gave us excuses about why they couldn't complete the job, said they would show up and then didn't, and generally caused us a lot of grief. Don't expect much help with selecting the things you need to buy or supervision of staff. Paying top dollar I expected more.

THEY WERE VERY GOOD. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GOOD. THE PEOPLE WERE NICE. THE COMPANY IS GENEROUS WITH THE 10 YEAR WARRANTY. THEY PAID A LOT OF ATTENTION TO DETAIL.

K.B. CONSTRUCTION SAID THEY WOULD BRING IN 5 OR 6 MACHINES AND BLOWER FANS IN ORDER TO GET THE MOISTURE OUT OF OUR WALLS AND CEILINGS DUE TO THE RAIN DAMAGE. THEY DID THAT....AND RAN HOSE LINES TO OUR SINKS FOR DRAINAGE. THE MACHINES WERE ON FOR 5 DAYS CONTINUOUSLY....THEY WORKED WELL, DID THE JOB. WE HAVE NO INDICATION OF MOLD OR MOISTURE LEFT IN THE HOUSE.
