Appliance Sale
The problems first stated when I tried to called them 3 times to set up a delivery date. On the 4th call I was directed to a sales person and I was able to set up an appointment. They sent all the confirmations to me and also sent me a larger ice chest for the inconvenience. On the 1st delivery date they delivered the island and put it in the garage because they did not bring the correct equipment to do the install. They showed up with a huge crane that was to big and we would not allow them to use it because of the size and possible damage. They came with not enough men and went ahead and tried to move the unit and they ended up dropping the unit and caused damage to our garage and the island. They told me they would come back out the next day to repair the island. The owner and I have not seen eye to eye about the damages and cost that have incurred. I have paid in full but this company has terrible work ethics and bad business.
