THEY ARE TO PROTECT THE FLOWERS. WHILE HE WAS INSTALLING IT, HE DIDN'T HIT ANY OF OUR BEAUTIFUL FLOWERS BECAUSE THEY ARE REALLY EXPENSIVE AND TAKE A LONG TIME TO GROW.
