IJ Rager Floor Covering

This is not a large enough space to describe the incredible experience I had with IJ Rager Floor Covering. I contacted them about a tiny project - adding wood flooring to an 18 inch by 12 feet area where a built in was accidentally removed. They had done all the hard wood in the home two years prior. So I contacted the company to inquire. I was transferred to Daniel McEnery, whom I assumed would blow me off because it was such a tiny project. Instead, he helped me find the right wood (which had been discontinued), guided me as to how much I would need, connected me to an installer and made the repair happen in a timely manner. He had no idea my client wanted the work completed by August 22nd. I didn't think it was possible. But he made it all happen. The work was done by Chalo, whose expertise and professionalism was to notch. He's an artist, really. He arrived on time and ready to go. Within a few hours, the work was complete. The repaired area was indistinguishable from the original flooring. My client was thrilled - I think she said I was a hero. But really it was Daniel, Chalo and IJ Rager Floor Covering. Daniel truly is one in a million in Los Angeles. Couldn't recommend them more.
