They didn't charge me anything because they had come a couple of weeks before and I guess they were still working on the same amount. They are perfect. The work was perfect and they treated me perfectly. The price is a little high but it is worth it. I've never had a problem with their work until a few weeks ago when the toilet backed up again but they fixed it. Their responsiveness is absolutely wonderful because they respond on the same day. I will continue to use them.

They were very good and did a great job.

Made an appointment with Michael Haddad. He appeared on the following day night on the dot. When working inside on the toilet, he removed his shoes before entering the house. He was efficient & careful cleaning up after the job when finished.

Assumed it might be dirt accumulated in the sprinkler head and just cleaned it out. He told me to wait and see if there were any more problems. He called me a few days later and it was taken care of so he just billed me for the work he'd done.

I called Mike and he was able to come over within a few hours. He quickly performed the work.

They did a very good job. They came and did what they needed to do. They came out and did the job as promised. They were very kind and friendly and easy to work with. I would recommend them in the future.

Mr. Haddad performed efficient, effective and professional work. My wife and I were amazed at how responsive he was. He met his estimate despite a little more work than expected and a second trip to finish work that we were not ready to have done the first time he came out.

After calling another "list" company, was told I was out of his area - he suggested another company not on the "list", so I got to Haddad. Initially, he wanted to come by Monday, and I agreed. About 30mins later, he (Michael Haddad) called back and said he wasn't that far away and we agreed he would come by soon to at least assess my situation. Thirty minutes later, Mike arrived in a somewhat non-descriptive white van. Potential problem: the old heater was at least 10 years old, and would be a tight fit through the door of the closet it was in, at best. Anyway, when it came up that I found him on the list, he said he could do the job in perhaps 90 minutes for $800, using a 50 gallon unit to replace the 75 gallon then in place. The smaller unit should be fine, as it is more efficient, and the 75 was probably oversized anyway. We wound up having to remove a jamb from the door to get the old heater out, but the job was still well-done in less than two hours.

Work was done very well. Mr. Haddad left after dis-assembly so that owner could clean sink very well. He came back another day and did not increase his fee even though he made two trips.

I thought Haddad Plumbing was very competent, prompt, and courteous. Their rates were more than reasonable. I think that for the amount of work they did the price was very good. I would use them again.
