I walked into their showroom and met Mark.   He showed me a number of different carpets, quoted the prices and gave me samples so that I could compare how they would look inside my unit.   Initially his quote was based on square yards, but I told him I only wanted the final price since there are so many variables beyond the "square yard" number and he complied with my request.   I thought his quoted price was very fair - he wanted to make a sale.   I am in the commercial real estate business and so I have some familiarity with carpet prices.   I also recently had obtained another quote from a "deep discounter" that in the end was higher than Mark's.  
Mark personally visited the unit to inspect the condition of the floor for the hardwood and linoleum and appeared to focus on a number of trim issues that I typically do not see carpet people looking at.    They appeared to be very busy since the first opening for installation was 3-4 weeks out.   However, Mark then called back and said they could fit me in within several days due to a cancellation.   Two workers came at 9:00 a.m. and they stayed until  7:30 p.m. (rather than coming back the next day to finish the work).   Work was professional.   Overall, a very positive experience.

It was fine.  They did a great job on my rental property.  It's a one type owner operator; he's the one who came out and gave the samples and gave the recommendations for the rental.  They came out when they said they would.  They're on time for the estimate; very helpful.  We decided to go to them because of their price.

Ed is extremely knowledgeable. He advised us well and provided very high quality materials and labor at very reasonable prices. I have recommended him for a large project at our church and they are also impressed with Ed's experience and professionalism.

The store has a big selection of large remnants. We went to the store and selected what we wanted. They were very helpful in the selection. Prices were much lower than traditional new carpet sources, for the same quality carpet. They sent out an installer within 2 days. The installer was very knowledgable and did a great job. All was on time and easy.

David helped me narrow my choice of carpet and found more of a previously installed bamboo floor. He came out to measure and was so accurate we had only the tiniest leftover carpet. He provided me with one price for product and installations, so simple and easy. The installer Javier and his helper were very professional, very hard workers, pleasant to have in my home. They are also neat and do superior work.  My carpet is wonderful and my damaged floor is all new. I highly recommend them.

Their price was hands down the best in the area.  We had four different quotes for that and they were 30 % lower than everybody, selling the same materials and that is what we liked about them.  They had the same flooring and the same carpeting as some of the other places that we went to but their price was excellent.  They were prompt and reliable.  They paid very good attention to detail.

I had a positive experience with them. They have a good communication and cleared the job at time. I was happy with the work.

MATT BROWN WAS THE SALESMAN AT CONTRACTOR CARPET CENTER. HE WAS VERY KIND AND EXPLAINED THE PRODUCTS THOROUGHLY. THE MEN THAT CAME OUT TO INSTALL THE CARPET WERE ON TIME AND KEPT TO THEIR TASK. THEY MOVED ALL OF THE FURNITURE OUT OF THE ROOMS FOR A SMALL CHARGE AND DID A GOOD JOB OF LAYING THE PAD AND CARPETING. WE ARE PLEASED WITH THE SEAM LINES AND RESULTS.
