1 800 PRO FENCE

Our electric gate motor quit working on a Friday evening.  We called David and left a message asking him to come check it out. On Monday he called to set up an appointment to look at the motor. He arrived on Tuesday at the appointed time and, indeed, it was dead. It was a 20 year old motor. He offered 2 different options and we decided on which one to use. David emailed us an estimate for the motor and labor within the hour that day and called us to set up an installation time for the next day, Wednesday, between 8 and 10AM.  He arrived within that period of time. He had to use welding tools to remove the old motor and also to install the new motor and attach it to the gate.  He made sure he turned off the power to the gate to insure there would be no electrical problems while he worked on the motor. Before leaving, David showed us how to open the gate in case of a power outage and showed us how the battery back-up works. A couple of years ago David repaired our wrought iron gate and mounted the motor in a new position because we had some landscaping done that required this modification. We were impressed by David's professionalism and the high quality of his work. He has all the tools required to do the job efficiently and well.  David is a very likeable and honest man. He has us inspect his work to insure it is what we wanted and that the work site is clean before he leaves. We highly recommend David both for the wrought iron work (he also made wrought iron railings for our porches a couple of years ago) and his electric gate installations.
