Window Service
From the first contact to the completed installation, Window By Jerico were top notch. Donna guided us in the proper direction as to style and quality. When the windows arrived from the manufacturer, one of the grids was not lined up exactly. She rejected it and had the manufacturer remake another on a rush basis. While this delayed the installation a few days, all of the windows are perfect.
The installation crew was equally precise. They made sure that the fit was exact (not easy to do in a 35 year old mobile home) and that there were no air or water leaks. They took down the blinds and rehung them when the window installation was complete. Upon leaving, everything was cleaned and no debris left.
There was a rebate available at the time and Donna completed all of the paperwork that enabled us to obtain it. As an added bonus, during the last two years, I have seen both my electric bills from running the A/C and the gas bill from running the furnace decline.
I cannot recommend Windows By Jerico enough for good quality products and service.
