West Coast Flooring

Floors still need to be sanded and refinish because the job was poorly done. The floors weren't sanded flat as promised they were crowned. Wood filler wasn't troweled across the floor. The boards weren't counter sinked the workmanship of repairs was adequate but wrong wood and wood filler was used. We also have white oak floors and red oak was used and golden oak filler was used. In a closet a hole in the sheet rock was made rather then offer to pay for it he wanted me to provide the materials to patch the walls, but not have it painted. He stored his expensive equipment in my garage without my consent. He also didn't remove access material such as nails and extra wooden boards were put in our yard. He spilled polyurethane and didn't clean this up, this went on our walls. The polyurethane wasn't applied correctly and overworked in certain areas. He didn't sand and refinish the hardwood room dividers. In the room with the screen and coat looks worse then before. He charged more for down payment (materials) then the 10% law requires. He didn't put the doors back on the hinges as we agreed at the beginning. He left the lights on and windows open every night even though we asked not to every night. He also left his radio blasted after the work was complete and left our key on the mantle. With the widows open and lights on it could be seen. He also said he would do a final walk through and never did.
