Great. They did a full inspection on the truck. They were very thorough, friendly and knowledgeable.

I have used them for several years. It probably goes back to the 1990’s sometime.

Our cars are older and there was a lot of service done to them. In general, I found that they have helped me save money on car repairs by telling me that there are certain things that don’t need to be done at the moment. Where they could have just done the work and just charged me for it.

I went to Walker's Automotive for a Smog Check. From the very first call to schedule the appointment, until I walked out the door 20 minutes later, these guys were friendly, courteous and very professional. I would highly recommend Walker Automotive for great service!

The 1996 Ford Explorer air conditioner stopped working. On the day after the problem was detected an appointment for the day after.  While I waited for about an hour, Walkers Automotive checked the system and added the needed refrigerant. The work was done quickly and professionally.

the oxygen sensor went out again after only 1 week. Walker's told me I'd have to leave my car with them all day, (again), just to run diagnostics.

Complex story. It seemed most likely that my alternator was bad but due to design issues, the engine has to be pulled to do the work. They offered (and I accepted) to wait until it it was very likely that was the problem. It involved a couple trips but it is obvious that they are honest, fair and punctual. I will return again and reported on my earlier visit with them for the timing belt.

They are very reliable. They always do the service on time. The price is fair. It is a good mechanic shop. They do warranty work.

The shop appeared to be clean and organized, I thought they acted professionally but were not very friendly. They got the job done, that's what counts.

They are pretty standard on price. Their service though is exceptional and they are quite honest. I think they are very good and stand behind what they do.
