Waids Plumbing

My home warranty company sent them out. They sent a kid out that didn't know anything about what was going on. This kid worked for two hours and couldn't get his snake down the drain. He finally gave up but in the meantime he kept telling me that the drain was full of grease. If he had gotten his snake down in there, I would have had to pay a $60 deductible. He called twice on my cell phone to come out, but I didn't hear the ring. He did come on time when we were finally able to hook up. I told him I would be home all day, but he said he had to call before coming. He was not dressed professionally and had the gangster pants that hung down to his knees. I would never use this company again. I contacted my home warranty company and they sent another plumber who said there wasn't any grease at all.
